Brown Sugar Tea Eggs
1.
If the egg is taken out of the refrigerator, let it dry to room temperature before operating. If you don’t want to wait, take a kitchen knife like I did and poke a small hole in the big end of the egg. It’s easy. Turn the tip of the knife slightly. That’s good, so that it won’t break when cooking
2.
Give it a small hole to save time
3.
Add appropriate amount of water and cook on low heat for six or seven minutes
4.
Use a slotted spoon to break all the cooked eggs into pieces, as shown in the picture
5.
Add star anise, cinnamon, tea, salt, dark soy sauce and brown sugar, continue to heat and cook for about half an hour. I don’t like too much soy sauce, so I use soy sauce.
6.
You can eat it after cooking. If you want a more delicious taste, you can soak it overnight and reheat it when you eat it.
