Tea Tree Mushroom and Sturgeon Soup

Take the slaughtered fish home and wash it

Chop the fish into three pieces

Heat oil in the pot, add ginger slices and fish pieces and stir fry

Add water as much as possible to fill the fish, because the soup is really delicious, after the high heat is boiled, turn to medium heat, remember to add salt at this step

Wash tea tree mushroom
