Tea Tree Mushroom Broth

Here is a family portrait of the ingredients. The chicken and pork bones must be boiled first to remove the blood.

Pour water and add red dates. Red dates must be pitted before they can be boiled, because there is no pitting that can easily get angry. Add ginger slices and tea tree mushrooms at the same time. The amount of water I put in is 10 bowls of water.
