Tempeh Spicy

                                Ingredients: sharp chili, 50g black bean sauce, green onion ginger.

                                Cut the sharp chili into strips and finely chop the green onion and ginger.

                                Heat oil in a pan and sauté the scallions and ginger.

                                Add sharp peppers.

                                Stir fry repeatedly with high heat.

                                Stir-fry until the sharp peppers collapse, and some of them will have burnt marks. Add tempeh and stir fry.

                                After the tempeh is fragrant, stir-fry the sharp chili and tempeh evenly, add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste.

                                Stir-fry evenly, then take out the pot and serve on the plate.
