Tender Roasted Scallops

In addition to the green onion, pour the other ingredients into a well-sealed bottle, shake well and set aside.

Put a tablespoon of olive oil in the pot, turn on medium heat, add the washed and chopped green onion, season with appropriate amount of salt, then cook until the green onion becomes soft but not discolored, and stir fry from time to time.

When the scallion becomes soft, scoop out two tablespoons of the mixed oil and vinegar sauce and add it to the pot, stir fry until all the scallions are covered, and the scallion vinaigrette is ready.

Sprinkle the top side of the strap with freshly ground sea salt and black pepper to taste and set aside.

Take a pizza baking pan and pour olive oil into it, put the pizza baking pan into the lower layer of the oven preheated to 220 ℃ with the tender roasting function, and bake for 2 minutes.

Take out the pizza tray, arrange the strips on the tray, with the flavored side facing down, and place them clockwise from 12 o'clock in order for a full week.

Fill the steamer water tank with water.

Put it in the oven, select the tender roasting function, and bake at 220°C for 5 minutes, until the bottom edge turns golden brown before taking it out, sprinkle a small amount of salt on the upper side, turn the tape over, and continue to bake for 3 minutes.

Squeeze the lemon juice on the straps one by one, and then transfer the straps to a dish lined with kitchen paper for later use.

Arrange the plate according to personal preference, put oil and vinegar sauce on the bottom of the plate, put a string on top, and decorate with parsley to finish.
Tips:
1. If you don't like the scallion flavor, you can serve it directly with vinaigrette.
2. It can be directly roasted and eaten. The tender roasting mode can keep the meat quality of the scallops more tender and smooth.
