Winter Melon Scallop Soup

One piece of winter melon, about 40G of scallops (the amount of scallops must be adjusted with the amount of winter melon), otherwise it will be a bowl of slightly sweet clear soup.

Stew in a casserole, you can add some keel, if not, it does not matter, first add the scallops, boil the water and then add the winter melon, cut the winter melon into large pieces, boil it on low heat and cook for about 30 minutes.

Out of the pot, garnish with some coriander.

Take a closer look. It's really delicious, and there is not much soup left.
