Teriyaki Fish Tofu

Prepare fish tofu and thaw at room temperature.

Chives and ingredients are prepared.
3.
The thawed fish tofu is cut with a knife on the surface.

Rinse again under running water and drain for later use.

Wash the leek and cut into small sections, mince the ginger and dried chili.

Take a small bowl, add teriyaki sauce and cold water, stir well and set aside.
7.
Pour edible oil into the pot and fry fish tofu.
8.
When the surface is golden brown, stir-fry the ginger and dried chili.
9.
Pour in teriyaki sauce.

After simmering for 5 minutes, add the leek segments, stir-fry them quickly and serve them out of the pan.
Tips:
1: If there is no teriyaki sauce, you can make your own. Use oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, the ratio is 1:2:3:4, you can also add an appropriate amount of honey. (Light soy sauce is better for soy sauce. For soy sauce, the color is too heavy and the finished product is not beautiful)
2: Leeks are easy to cook, just stir-fry them slightly after cooking. The wizard deleted the last piece of soap by mistake, so you can just look at the finished picture.
