In this cold weather, a bowl of warm noodle soup is really necessary! There was just a little shrimp left in the hot pot, and I thought about soaking some scallops for seasoning. It was really delicious!

Ingredients

Shrimp and Scallop Noodle Soup

1. Soak the scallops in warm water for half an hour in advance

2. Wash shrimp and spinach and set aside

3. Raw noodles, after boiling the pot under the water, remove it and rinse with water several times

4. Pour the prawns into the pot and stir fry until the color changes

5. Add the soaked scallops and water

6. Add fish tofu in the meantime

7. Add spinach after boiling

8. Adding noodles

9. Add cooking wine, fuel consumption, salt to taste

10. Just boil

Tips:

1. The noodles can also be cut off in advance, and they can be cooked directly in the pot.\n2. Do not pour the water for soaking the scallops. Cook them together. They are delicious.
