Thai Grapefruit Salad

Peel the grapefruit and peel off the flesh; cut the small lime in half to squeeze the juice; shred the dried onion; cut the small red pepper into small pieces; mince garlic; cut the old tofu into small pieces; take the leaves of coriander; take the leaves of mint; take the cooked peanuts roughly Chopped

Take a pot, pour in enough oil, fry the tofu until golden brown, remove the oil and set aside

In the same pot, fry the shredded green onions until browned, take out the oil and set aside

Pour out the oil in the pot, add soy sauce, palm sugar, minced garlic, red pepper slices, and water. Bring to a boil until the palm sugar is completely melted. Add basil, boil, strain, add lemon juice and mix well. Let the juice cool and set aside

Take a mixing bowl, mix the grapefruit, peanuts, tofu, scallions, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and sauce, mix well, and serve.
