I have always liked the Thai taste, both sour and spicy. The sourness is beyond description, especially the hot and sour hot pot, which is really indispensable in winter. How can I eat outside every day? I buy the ingredients to make it myself. I’m also lazy. I don’t want to go out on weekends when it’s cold. Just use the ready-made ingredients. This time I only have all kinds of meatballs at home. Order seafood, but the taste is still the same

Thai Hot and Sour Hot Pot

1. Put a little salad oil after the pan is preheated

2. Add two tablespoons of Thai Tom Yum Goong Soup Sauce

3. Add 4 dried chilies and sauté

4. After the sauce is fully melted, add an appropriate amount of water

5. Let the water boil

6. Add appropriate amount of lemongrass, lemon leaves, and ginger

7. Because I like the taste to be more sour, I put half a lemon, the tom yum sauce has a sour taste, so you don’t need to leave the lemon.

8. Cut fresh red peppers in half and put them in the pot. I also like the spiciness to be stronger, so I put fresh red peppers

9. Half of the tomatoes are sliced and put in the hot pot

10. Pour 120ml coconut milk

11. Put the fish sauce, pinch the bottle and send it three times. Finally, you can taste the taste of the cooked soup, add a little salt, because there is already salt in the sauce

12. I put my favorite vegetables and meat on a plate, and I use minced ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onion, coriander, chopped chilli, and milk curd.

Tips:

Thai hot pot is mainly used as the bottom of the pot, and other dishes can be matched according to your own taste.
