Just choose the seafood you like. This is a dish that takes a long time to prepare, but it only takes 5 minutes to cook! Sucking, sour and refreshing! !

Ingredients

Thai-style Cold Seafood Noodles

1. When the pho is cooked, it’s best to soak it in ice water. I use dry pho. You can use other rice noodles or vermicelli, depending on your preference. For the specific method of cooking, please refer to the instructions on the packaging bag of the pho you bought

2. The seafood is cleaned, and cut according to your liking, and cooked separately with boiling water. (It's not too much trouble, you can use ice water to make it crisper)

3. Stir the cooked rice noodles (drain the water) + hot cooked seafood + small tomatoes + garlic mashed + coriander + chili section + seasoning, and you are ready to eat!

4. Just choose the seafood you like. This is a dish that takes a long time to prepare, but it only takes 5 minutes to cook! The saltiness depends on fish sauce. If it is not salty enough, you can continue to add fish sauce. The amount of lemon juice depends entirely on your preference.
