Entering October, the weather has changed a lot, and the temperature difference suddenly widened by more than ten degrees, making people feel that autumn is so short. The rainy weather is really uncomfortable. It’s cold all over, so I should quickly make a cup of ginger and jujube milk tea to warm up your body······
This milk tea, because it is added with warming ginger powder, red dates, black tea and other materials, is very suitable for female friends to drink, especially in cold weather, it can drive away the cold and warm the body to maintain health······

The Best Drink for Nourishing Stomach and Body Warm in Autumn and Winter--ginger Jujube Milk Tea

1. Prepare all required materials;

2. Wash the red dates, remove the pit, and cut into four pieces, set aside;

3. Pour clean water into a small milk pot and boil;

4. Add jujube after boiling (if you use ginger, add ginger slices after boiling the water and boil it for a while, you can smell the strong ginger flavor in the water, then add jujube)

5. Add ginger powder and cinnamon powder.

6. Continue to cook for about 3 minutes to get off the heat;

7. Fix the black tea bag so that the tea bag can just be soaked in the tea water (the tea set I chose is relatively tall, fixed on the edge with a small clip)

8. Pour in the freshly boiled ginger and jujube water to make a tea bag for 3~5 minutes;

9. Pour the milk into the small milk pot

10. When it is about to open, I put the brown sugar in the milk to melt it.

11. Turn off the heat when it is boiled slightly;

12. Take out the tea bag steeped in the pot and shake it a few times to make the tea soup even;

13. Pour milk into the jug

14. Stir evenly;

15. Pour the prepared milk tea into your favorite cup and let us enjoy this warm afternoon tea.

Tips:

Use ginger to make milk tea with a more spicy flavor. Slice the ginger, boil the water and add the ginger slices. Cook for a while until you can smell the strong ginger flavor in the water, and then add the jujube.
Because brown sugar is easy to agglomerate and is not easy to melt, it needs to be put in heating. It is better to boil brown sugar before eating.
