I went to the vegetable market today and saw a bunch of couples buying a few crabs. So on a whim, I also wanted to buy a few to try, so I have the simplest and rude fried crab in history! "

The Easiest Fried Crab in History

1. Clean the meat crabs, and then remove the shell.

2. Cut the gills, stomach, and intestines into small pieces, and clean the crabs with a small toothbrush.

3. Wash the green onion and ginger, peel the garlic, cut the green onion into sections, and cut the ginger into slices;

4. Pour cold oil into the pot. When the oil is 30% hot, add the Red 99 hot pot seasoning box and the Red 99 spicy roast chicken seasoning to stir-fry the spicy flavor.

5. Add sliced ginger, green onion, crab cubes, pour in cooking wine, sugar, and stir fry. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until all the crabs turn red.

Tips:

The edible parts of crabs are muscle, crab roe, testis and ovaries. The inedible parts are stomach, intestines, and gills.
The hot pot seasoning and spicy roast chicken seasoning will be more delicious and layered when fried together.
