Braised Meat Crab in Oil

Clean the crab you bought, and brush it with a toothbrush.

In the middle of the crab, cut in half.
3.
Put the bottom oil in the pan to fry the crabs, with the exposed side facing up to the bottom of the pan.

Add a little cooking wine.

Cover the pot and simmer on low heat.
6.
Open the lid and put garlic and minced ginger.
7.
Add a little soy sauce.
8.
Cover the lid again until the crabs are cooked.
Tips:
1. There is no need to add salt during the braising process, a little soy sauce is enough to taste~
2. After cleaning, it must be cut in half. Later, I took the photo and matched it together haha~
