The Elderly Love Qingjiang Fish Tofu

Wash the Qingjiang fish bought from the greedy cat and slice the fish. Slice the fish, grab it with egg white, salt, and white wine and marinate for 10 minutes.

Put the lactone tofu into the microwave and heat it on high heat for 2 minutes.

Blanch bean sprouts. Blanch the bean sprouts until they are transparent, remove them, and spread them on the tofu.

The sliced fish must be cooked with egg white syrup to taste tender.
