The Sun in The Snow-a Staple Food

Used frozen spinach. This way, you don’t need to wash the leaves, just thaw them, saving time. Frozen nutrition will be lost, but if fresh spinach is not eaten on the day it is bought, it will not be as good as frozen for two or three days.

Finely chop onion and garlic. Put a spoonful of butter in the pan, and saute the onion and garlic until fragrant.

Sprinkle flour and continue to fry for about 1 minute.

Pour the white wine and fry until nearly dry.

Add vegetable soup and cream. Cook on medium heat and stick.

The noodles are cooked in salted water.

When cooking the noodles, put the spinach, the juice prepared in step 2 and 25 g of soft butter in a blender to puree.

Take 4 coffee cups, tea cups or small cylinders. Each Rio in my house can hold 50 g of dried noodles. Coat the inside of the cup with butter.
Roll up the noodles and place them in a coffee cup like a bird's nest.

The eggs are separated. Pay attention to keeping the egg yolk intact. Add a beaten egg white to each cup. Boil for 15 minutes and steam until the egg whites are set.

Pour the vegetable juice into a pot and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Use a knife to make a circle along the inner wall of the cup, and carefully remove the steamed noodle nest from the cup. The right side is the appearance of the upside down, and the left side is the head up again.

Put an egg yolk on each. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. You can take pictures with the spinach puree. Take a good picture, then put it back in the steamer and steam until the egg yolk becomes the shape you like to eat.
