This Bowl of Fish Balls and Seaweed Noodle Soup

Put the seaweed in the pot and roast it. It's so delicious. Every time I return to Guangzhou from Shantou, I will definitely bring a lot of seaweed. I bought it a few times in a large supermarket in Guangzhou, and it is really unpalatable.

Tear small pieces of roasted seaweed, put them in a bowl, add chopped green onion, salt, and oil.

Boil the fish balls for 2 minutes without too much water, just enough for yourself.
