Lamb and cumin are a perfect match. They are marinated and stir-fried with crispy radish and fragrant cucumber. At someone's request, I have eaten it twice this week~ Both times are made with Australian lamb. The difference is that there is basically no fishy smell of the lamb itself, and the meat is more tender, so the whole dish has a refreshing taste, which is very suitable for summer~"

【three Ding Cumin Meat Cubes】

1. Take a piece of fresh lamb and dip it in kitchen paper to remove water stains on the surface.

2. Cut the lamb into cubes about 1 cm wide.

3. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, dark soy sauce, cumin, salt and pepper, white pepper, green onions, and ginger and mix thoroughly. Marinate for about 15 minutes.

4. Wash 1-2 radishes and dice, wash dry cucumber and dice.

5. Heat the wok, pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil, put the marinated mutton into the pan and stir-fry on high heat, and remove it after the meat changes color.

6. In a separate pot, pour a little olive oil, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant, then pour in the diced lamb.

7. Stir-fry evenly over medium-low heat, then add a little cumin powder to taste.

8. Put the radish and diced cucumber in the pot, add a little salt and black sesame seeds

9. Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, serve with a little decoration.
