This Sanxian Bone Soup, one of the favorite soups of my wife and daughter, is fresh and delicious with bones! If you can't finish the soup, this soup can still be noodles!

Three Fresh Bone Soup

1. Buy fresh big bones from the market, put them in the pot with cold water, add ginger, cooking wine, and garlic! Then the fire boiled!

2. Take it out and rinse it off with cold water!

3. Wash it up and put it in the rice cooker!

4. Add 4 slices of ginger, 2 slices of garlic, 5 ml of cooking wine, and 10 ml of white wine!

5. Then fill it with water!

6. Put it in a rice cooker and cook for 1 hour!

7. Then add the three fresh soup, then add boiling water to fill it up, and boil for 2 hours!

8. See if the soup is sticky, the meat on the bones is discolored and tasty!

Tips:

This dish does not require salt! If there is less soup, add boiling water! Burn it for a while!
