Three Fresh Chicken Ball Soup

Wash the carrots, peel and slice them, and press them into small flower slices with a mold.

Chicken stuffing, (already mixed) scallops, shiitake mushrooms soaked and washed, celery cut into small cubes, quail eggs (already cooked), spinach leaves and shredded.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add water and add the scallops, and the mushrooms will boil.

Add carrots, quail eggs, and diced celery.
5.
Use a small spoon to dig into the chicken filling, add a little salt, pour in the water starch and stir well.
6.
Put it out of the pot and serve it in a bowl.
