This dish is steamed with green onion, ginger, carrot shreds and salted fish tail. Because salted fish is very salty, even after soaking, the salty taste is very strong, so I use green onion ginger and carrots to match it. Onion and ginger can remove the fishy taste. Carrots are rich in vitamins and also combine the salty taste of salted fish.

Ingredients

Three Shredded Salted Fish Tail

1. Ingredients: salted fish tail

2. Accessories: carrot, green onion and ginger

3. Soak salted fish tails for more than 5 hours, changing the water in between

4. Wash it off the scales

5. Put the knife into the plate and use the chopsticks to pad it

6. Boil water in the pot and put it in the steamer

7. Steam for 15 minutes

8. Shred the ingredients, green onion, ginger, and carrots.

9. Put the steamed fish tails on the plate, and don’t decan the overflowing soup

10. Add flavor

11. Heat oil, add three wires and stir fry evenly

12. Put it on top of the fish tail, pour in hot oil and serve

Tips:

1. Because salted fish tails only have a salty taste, add a little bit of juice to help improve freshness.
2. The fish tails are different in size, so the steaming time is for reference only.
3. When steaming fish tails, use chopsticks to cushion them to facilitate steam convection and make them cooked evenly.
