Fish Bone Soup
1.
Cut the fish into pieces (used for steaming, steamed fish pieces will be introduced next time), cut the fish bones into pieces, wash and cut the fish soup and fish tail separately, add the washed and chopped ginger, salt, and oil to mix well .
2.
Wash the carrots, peel them, and slice them. Carrots are what children like to eat. Adding a little carrot will make it very sweet. The meat and vegetables are balanced in nutrition.
3.
Heat the pan, pour the oil, pour the fish head, fish tail, fish bones, and ginger into the pan, fry them over medium-low heat, and take them out of the pan.
4.
Pour the fried fish into a soup pot, add an appropriate amount of boiling water, and boil again on high heat.
5.
Add the sliced carrots and continue to cook on high heat.
6.
Cover the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium-low heat. The carrots will soften and the fish bones will boil for a clear fragrance. If the carrots are cut thicker, you can increase the cooking time.
7.
Add salt, chives, and coriander to the cooked fish soup. At this time, the fragrance is overflowing and it is very fragrant and delicious. Drink it out of the pot.
Tips:
1. If you like to eat the whole fish soup, you can fry the whole fish until it is slightly yellow before boiling the soup. 2. Fish bone soup can not only replenish calcium, but also invigorate the brain and improve the intelligence. Children often eat for good health.
