The cheese made two days ago, son: "Mom, you eat hard, I will make it again."
"Well, let's make tiramisu this time, let's make half a box, let's taste it elegantly too."
"Well, I'm looking for a different formula"
"You can do whatever you want. Anyway, just those ingredients, it tastes good with them...๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„"
"That's right..."
(You guys... really casual... they are famous in Italy๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ)
So I made a 250g mascarpone soft body cup without gelatine, and packed it in a square glass box, a glass cup, and a goblet. The matching content is different. Hmm~ The goblet must be tasteful ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜œ, itโ€™s so delicious that you canโ€™t stop...
The glass was filled with Oreo pieces, dark chocolate pieces, cocoa powder, and finger biscuits covered with coffee wine. They were so delicious that they couldnโ€™t stop...๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚.
The glass box is only covered with two layers of finger biscuits filled with coffee wine, which are considered the most common, but the strong coffee bitter and rum aroma in the mouth is also... so delicious that you canโ€™t stop...
Anyway~ good! eat! To! burst! La! ! ! ...
highly recommended! ! ! "

Tiramisu

1. Let's make finger biscuits first. Add white sugar to the egg whites and beat them until the corners can stand softly.

2. Add the egg yolks and sugar and stir well.

3. Stir well with a whisk.

4. Add egg yolk batter to the beaten egg whites and mix well.

5. Add the sifted low flour and mix well with a spatula (I used to put the flour in the egg yolk batter and mix well before mixing in the egg white batter). I did not expect that the batter did not collapse at all.

6. Squeeze in the baking tray in turn and bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.

7. The finished product is just dripping. Um~, please ignore the appearance, the key is inner.

8. Now it's time to make cheese filling. Add half of the sugar into the egg white and beat with a whisk.

9. Add the remaining sugar and egg yolks to Mascarpone, and beat them with a manual whisk.

10. Pour the protein paste and cheese paste together and mix well. Letโ€™s start filling the cup.

11. No close shots behind. After adding pure coffee powder to warm water, add rum and stir. Quickly go in and dip the finger biscuits into the bottom layer of the lunch box, pour a layer of cheese filling, and spread another layer of finger biscuits dipped in coffee wine.

12. Take it out in the refrigerator for 4 hours. This box is the simplest, only the overlap of finger biscuits and cheese. If you like bitterness, you can put more coffee. The bittersweet bittersweet is delicious.

13. good to eat.

14. Every cup is super delicious.

15. Here is a grand introduction. The order from bottom to top is the sauce drop: cheese-finger biscuits-cheese-dark chocolate shreds-chocolate sauce-cheese-finger biscuits-Oreo shreds-cocoa powder.

16. good to eat.

17. Delicious! !
