1. Add sugar to egg yolks and keep stirring in insulated water.

Tips:

Everyone usually mixes rum and coffee into coffee liqueur. There is no rum at home, so I will use whiskey instead.
Just beat the mascarpone cheese slowly with a manual whisk, don't beat it for too long, or it will turn into tofu.
