Tiramisu

Add sugar to egg yolks and keep stirring in insulated water.

The sugar melts and the color of the egg yolk becomes lighter. Transfer to a basin of cold water and continue to stir until it cools.

Prepare hot water to make espresso coffee in advance, add whiskey after cooling, and mix well.

Just beat the whipped cream to make the lines.

Use a manual whisk to beat the mascarpone slightly until smooth, add egg yolk paste and light cream, and mix well to form the cheese filling.

Soak finger biscuits in coffee wine

Put it in a pre-prepared cup, spread a layer of biscuits and layer of cheese filling.

Repeat the previous step until the whole cup is filled and smooth the surface.

Sift the cocoa powder.

Sift the powdered sugar with the help of a mold.
Tips:
Everyone usually mixes rum and coffee into coffee liqueur. There is no rum at home, so I will use whiskey instead.
Just beat the mascarpone cheese slowly with a manual whisk, don't beat it for too long, or it will turn into tofu.
