Tiramisu (soft Version)

Put the egg yolk and caster sugar in the basin

Heat insulated water and stir continuously until the sugar melts and the color turns white

Add mascarpone cheese to another bowl and beat loose with a blender

Mix the egg yolk paste and mascarpone together

Stir evenly into a cheese paste

Whip the whipped cream to 70%, don’t beat it too hard

Mix the whipped cream with the cheese paste

Stir evenly into cheese milk paste for later use

Add coffee wine in a small bowl

Take a finger of biscuits and quickly soak them in the coffee wine and spread them on the bottom of the cup

Pour a part of the mixed cheese milk paste, and then spread a layer of finger biscuits soaked in coffee wine

Then pour in an appropriate amount of cheese milk paste, smooth and cover and put in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours
13.
Sprinkle cocoa powder on the surface from the refrigerator before eating
14.
Tiramisu complete
