Toast Version of Apple Pie

Prepare an apple and wash it

Cut into small pieces and chop. If you don’t like the graininess, you can break it up with a food processor

Prepare a teaspoon of whipped cream

Put crushed apples in a small pot, add some light cream according to your taste,

If you like sweet, you can add some sugar, simmer for 7-8 minutes, until the apple is soft and sticky.

Take a piece of toast, cut off the edges, roll it flat, and use a knife to make 3 cuts diagonally above

Put a spoonful of applesauce and 4 raisins on the toast, brush with egg wash on the edge of the toast, fold in half, and pinch tightly

Then brush a layer of egg liquid on the outer skin, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of coarse granulated sugar

Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes

Eat it hot after it's baked, it tastes better
