Tofu and Vegetable Meatballs

Wash the ingredients except for the ground pork and tofu, peel off the stalks, cut into small pieces, and use a blender to crush them for later use.

Old tofu, eggs and ground meat together, scatter (九yin white bone claw (^_^)a), stir well.

Add the crushed vegetables in step 1, and the meat tofu in step 2, mix well, and add all seasonings except edible oil.

After the cooking oil is heated, slowly fry the tofu meatballs over medium heat.

Fry the tofu balls on both sides until browned.
Tips:
1. It is recommended to choose old tofu to enhance the taste and texture. 2. Tofu and ground meat, I basically reduce the fat-fat intake according to the ratio of 1:1. 3. When buying minced pork, it is recommended to choose the one that is fat and lean. 4. The lotus root is added to enhance the crisp and refreshing taste. Water chestnuts can also be used instead. 5. Don't beat the vegetables too much to lose their taste. 6. Regarding edible oil, it is recommended that several different varieties be used in rotation.
