Put the soy milk in a small pot and use a spoon to skim off the foam

Prepare 2 teaspoons of warm water to dissolve the internal fat

Put the small pot on the fire, heat the soy milk to a boil on medium heat, skim the foam again with a spoon, turn off the fire, wait about 1-2 minutes, the soy milk cools to between 80-90 degrees, remove the surface with chopsticks Soymilk

Pour the heated soy milk into the casserole, add the internal fat water, stir with a spoon for more than 10 times, cover the pot, 15 minutes later, the soy milk will condense into tofu

Serving it out, dispose of it as you like, pick what you need for the sweet and salty ones, make more ingredients and less frugal, and leave it to others. Anyway, mine is the simplest one, a spoonful of soy sauce and a little chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. Regarding internal fat, it’s really not difficult to make tofu flower, but why some people fail? The problem of removing internal fat, in my opinion, the biggest mistake will appear in the timing of adding internal fat. Okay, Let's talk about two methods.
1. If you have a thermometer, of course it is good. Please add it between 80-90. If you don't have one, please see below.
2. When the cooked soy milk cools down, it will form a coat on the surface. This time is the best time to add lactone.
Let's talk about it, first use chopsticks to pick up the coat on the surface of the soy milk, and then add the internal fat water.
2. Regarding the amount of water, because there is a range in the formula, it is actually ok, the difference is not big, that is, the degree of smoothness is different, and the water is more tender, but the upper limit is not exceeded.
