Tofu Milk Tea

Wash 200 grams of soybeans and soak for more than 4 hours. Put them into a soybean milk machine and add 800ml of water to squeeze into soybean milk. Filter out the bean dregs. I usually put the bean dregs back and squeeze them with water. The taste is still very strong.

Take half of the soy milk while it is hot, add 5 grams of gelatin powder and 10 grams of white sugar. If you have gelatin tablets, you can also soak in water in advance to soften it and put it in the refrigerator for more than hours

Add 30 grams of sugar to the milk pan and cook until caramel color (pictured)
Add half of the soy milk and 250ml of pure milk just now

Add two packs of black tea bags and cook until slightly bubbling, then turn off the heat and set aside to cool down to let the taste of the black tea bags penetrate

Put ice cubes in the cup and spoon on tofu pudding, strain the milk tea once

If you like to drink hot, you can return to the pot and warm it up. What is the difference between tofu milk tea and ordinary milk tea? Probably it is the milky aroma and the faint silky soy milk.
