Tips:
For tofu, choose northern tofu, which is brined tofu, which is harder. Soft tofu is not suitable. The egg liquid is based on the wetness of the dough. Please increase or decrease the water content of tofu at your own discretion. The amount of white sugar is also added according to your own taste. The 20 grams I added is almost a bit sweet. If you like dessert, you can add more. When frying, the heat should be low to determine the oil temperature, and a chopstick can be used to put it in the oil pan and bubbling. Don't worry about the fried things getting hot, this tofu snack is fried almost without oil. Especially refreshing. Moreover, the fried oil is very clear and can be used for stir-frying again.
