Tofu Steamed Egg

Cut the tofu in half and cut into 1 cm thick slices

Shred the green onion, cut the parsley into sections, and cut the dried chili with a kitchen cutter and cut into silk

Place the tofu on the plate, and put two eggs on each side

Add water to the steamer to boil, put the tofu in the steamer, cover the pot, and steam for about 10 minutes

Take out the remaining water in the dish, put on the green onion, dried chili, and sprinkle with coriander

Pour the steamed fish soy sauce

Add oil to the pot and heat until it smokes, then pour it on the green onions.
Tips:
The oil used for pouring the shallots should be warmer, so that the aroma of the shallots will be stronger.
