As usual, fried tofu is used, abalone sauce and sukiyaki soy sauce are used for the sauce, which greatly enhances the taste, and the taste is fresh and sweet.

Tofu with Abalone Sauce

1. Make the sauce first, put all the sukiyaki soy sauce, abalone sauce, and sugar into the seasoning bowl, add an appropriate amount of water and stir well until use

2. One piece of tofu, rinse it under running water, and cut into small pieces; beat an egg, add the tofu and cover it with egg liquid;

3. Put a little oil in a non-stick pan and add tofu when it is warm;

4. After frying on one side, turn over and fry on the other side;

5. Pan-fry all the tofu on both sides, put all of them in the pan, and add the prepared sauce;

6. The soup is flush with the tofu and simmered slowly;

7. When simmering until the soup thickens, sprinkle with chives and serve.

Tips:

Abalone sauce is salty and very thick. Sukiyaki soy sauce is a light sweet soy sauce. No salt is needed. The stewed soup is fresh and sweet.
