The dried vegetables brought from my hometown were ready to be eaten with buckwheat, but they weren’t preserved, and they were going to be moldy. I had to find a way to eat them. Today I added some tofu and burned it out to make it easier to eat.

Tofu with Dried Vegetables

1. Ready tofu

2. Ready to dry vegetables

3. Soak dried vegetables in water

4. Tofu diced

5. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and chili to fry until fragrant

6. Add dried vegetables

7. Stir fry

8. Add tofu

9. Add some soy sauce

10. With salt

11. Add chicken essence and sesame oil to cook

12. Serve and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Tips:

1. The tofu is tender and burnt, which is smoother and delicious.
2. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, sesame oil and green onions to the tofu to make it more delicious.
