Tofu with Soy Sauce

Cut tofu into cubes, chopped green onion, mince ginger, slice garlic

Add water to a pot and bring to a boil, add tofu and blanch for about 2 minutes, remove and drain

Heat oil in a wok, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add fragrant sauce, and stir fry
