Tomato Pansa Fish Soup

Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces, wash the green onion, and cut into sections for later use.

The pangasius is cut into sections and marinated with ginger, cooking wine, and pepper.

Bake six matures in a non-stick pan, pour in corn oil, and stir-fry the ginger and green onion.

Pour the tomatoes and stir fry for a few minutes.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

Pour the pansa fish and cook for 3 minutes. Add a little salt and chicken powder to remove the foam.

Remove from the pot, put in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onion and garnish.
