Tomato Scrambled Eggs

Wash large tomatoes and cut into large pieces, prepare a little ginger and garlic. (Tomatoes are not peeled in our house, but those you don’t like can be peeled)

Add the oil in the hot pan and stir-fry the egg mixture to solidify and serve

Stir-fry the tomatoes out of tomato sauce, put a little boiling water

Cover and cook for two minutes
