Tomato Soy

Wash the soybeans and soak for more than 8 hours

Electric pressure cooker version: Pour the water soaked soybeans into the electric pressure cooker to the knob of the beans. Ordinary cooking pot version: The water has submerged the soybeans, and then simmer the beans on high heat and then medium and low heat until the beans are cooked.

Electric pressure cooker version: After the electric pressure cooker is decompressed, pour the soybeans and water in the pot into the wok and add the ketchup to dry.
Ordinary boiling pot version: After the beans are cooked, pour into the tomato sauce and boil over high heat to collect the soup.

Tips:
1. If you want to chew and eat or drink, you can cook it in a wok. Such beans are chewy.
2. Use an electric pressure cooker to accompany meals when they eat, and cook them softly.
3. If the tomato sauce is replaced with soy sauce, it will be salted beans, the kind in barbecue shops. It is recommended to cook this with gas fire, and add light soy sauce and old soy sauce at the end. This bean is chewy
