Tremella Quail Egg Syrup
1.
Tear the white fungus bubble hair into small flowers, put it in an electric pressure cooker and keep the pressure for ten minutes.
2.
Ginkgo shelled, peeled and soaked, goji berries washed, cooked quail eggs peeled.
3.
Put a small amount of water in the pot, add ginkgo, quail eggs, rock sugar and cook.
4.
When the ginkgo is cooked, add the wolfberry and boil it.
5.
Pour in the cooked white fungus soup.
6.
Boil again to turn off the heat and get out of the pot.
Tips:
1. I used one third of the cooked white fungus.
2. Tremella can be cooked at once after soaking, and can be matched with different vegetables or fruits, which is convenient and easy.
3. The quail eggs can be put in when the ginkgo is cooked.
