Truffle Chocolate
1.
Divide the dark chocolate into small pieces for easy melting
2.
Pour whipped cream
3.
Put the chocolate bowl in hot water and heat it over water, make it melt and stir evenly
4.
Add butter and stir until it melts
5.
Pour in the rum and stir well
6.
Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours
7.
Before shaping, lower the temperature of your hands with ice cubes (or soak them in ice water)
8.
Put on disposable gloves, use a spoon to scoop a spoonful of chocolate on your hand, and round it slightly (not too long, otherwise it will stick to your hands)
9.
After kneading, put it in the cocoa powder and roll it out, then put the prepared truffles in the refrigerator to harden and you can eat
Tips:
1. I use Dove dark chocolate. I like its taste and texture, but its melting point is relatively low and it is not easy to operate.
2. If you think plastic surgery is too troublesome, you can use a spoon to scoop the cocoa powder directly
3. The truffle chocolate must be refrigerated and sealed
