Truffle Chocolate

Hazelnuts peeled and set aside

Pour the cream and sugar into the pot, boil over medium heat, stir until the sugar melts, pour the chocolate into the low heat and stir continuously. After the chocolate is completely melted and cooled, put it in the refrigerator and chill until solidified

Reunite the chocolate with hazelnuts and coat with cocoa powder

Keep in the refrigerator
