When I think of chocolate, I feel in love. Chocolate has a kind of magic, and its appearance is always accompanied by romance and happiness. The handmade French truffles are very high-end, and they have given it a very high score in the heart before they even got it! Its handling of every detail is full of affection and tenderness.

Ingredients

Truffle Chocolate

1. Pour chocolate, coconut milk and vanilla into the milk pan

2. Turn on a medium and low heat and stir with a spatula to melt the chocolate (can't turn on a high fire, the high fire will easily make the chocolate go away)

3. After the chocolate is melted, pour the espresso into it to make the coffee liquid and the melted chocolate blend together well

4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the container and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours

5. Take out the chocolate from the refrigerator, use a spoon to dig a spoonful of chocolate, wear disposable gloves, knead the dug out chocolate into small balls, and put the kneaded chocolate aside for use (disposable gloves play an anti-sticking role)

6. Coat the kneaded chocolate with chopped pistachios/ chopped peanuts/ chopped almonds/cocoa powder/matcha powder (or other chopped nuts for decoration)

7. Enjoy after decorating

Tips:

Do not open a high fire, the high fire can easily make the chocolate slush
