Dice pork belly, pumpkin, carrots, potatoes, beans, tofu, equal amounts of all kinds of ingredients, sliced green onion, ginger and garlic. Put some oil in the wok, fry half of the tofu cubes and leave half for no frying.

After the tofu is fried, it is served, and the pork belly is fried. The fat meat is first fried to get the oil, then the lean meat is fried, and the cooking wine and dark soy sauce are added in the middle to make the sauce.

Put oil in the wok, add a few peppercorns after the oil is hot and fry it lightly, don't fry it! Then add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir-fry for a few times. Add pumpkin, carrots, potatoes, and diced beans and stir-fry. It feels a bit bad. Pour in the fried pork belly and stir-fry for one minute. Add 1000 grams of hot water to simmer.

Start making soup. Put an appropriate amount of water in the wok, add salt and five-spice powder, when the pan is boiling, add egg crust, coriander and chives and turn off the heat immediately. If you have more stewed vegetables with more soup, you can skip the soup (but the smashed noodles that do not use the soup will be mushy and not refreshing). The egg crust and leeks must be indispensable. Those who don't like coriander can leave it alone.
