Prepare all ingredients.

Chopped cooked almonds. Cut marshmallows into small pieces.

Put the butter in a pot over low heat and melt it.

Add marshmallows and stir fry until completely melted.

Turn off the fire. Add milk powder and mix well.

Add cranberries and almonds. Stir and mix well.

Put on gloves and knead the nuts completely. Roll out on a non-stick baking pan.

Cut into pieces after cooling.

Wrap it in sugar paper and store it in a bag. Keep refrigerated when the temperature is high.
Tips:
1. Turn off the heat after adding milk powder. When adding nuts, return to the pan to warm them if they are too hard.
2. Cut the nougat with moderate hardness. If it is too hard, it can be fermented in the oven.
3. It is advisable to refrigerate when the temperature is too high.
