Prepare two slices of chicken chop

Cut the chicken chop into finger-thick strips

Tips:
1. If you use less oil, please stir and turn over when frying;
2. The step of wrapping breadcrumbs is best to wrap one and the other one in the pan. More breadcrumbs are needed, and it is difficult to wrap it all around.
