Half a grass chicken is cleaned and cut into small pieces

I use my own roasted osmanthus chestnuts and peel the chestnut kernels

Tips:
Don’t put the dried osmanthus too early, otherwise the fragrance will easily dissipate. You can also cook it directly with raw chestnut kernels for a longer time.
