#trust of Beauty#pure Orange Juice Jelly
1.
Soak the gelatin tablets in ice water in advance to soften them. Be sure to use ice water, the gelatine slices will melt if the water temperature is high. Gelatine tablets weigh 5 grams each, and two pieces are enough. Some gelatin tablets are more than 2 grams. Double use, otherwise they won’t solidify.
2.
The Ehime Sweet Orange used can be easily squeezed out by hand. The total squeezed out juice is 300 grams
3.
Pour the juice into the milk pan, add the soaked gelatin slices
4.
Then add rock sugar powder and boil, boil on low heat, keep stirring while cooking, let the gelatin slices melt completely, then let cool
5.
Put a little orange pulp in the mold,
6.
If you don’t have a mold, you can also use orange peel to make a container. In fact, you can use any container at home.
7.
Pour the cool juice into a container and keep it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. It’s cold now, and it’s okay to leave it at room temperature for 2 hours. You can eat it after solidification. When I took the photo, I poured two out, which resulted in two pieces of jelly missing in this step. When demolding, close the lid and shake it up and down, then you can demould easily, but it is not easy to demold directly.
8.
This is a ready-made jelly, the pure juice does not add a little water, so the fruit flavor is very strong
9.
Dig a piece to see, because it is pure juice, it is not translucent, but it is also very attractive, right?
10.
This is made in a small bowl of orange peel, my baby just digs and eats it all
Tips:
1. Oranges vary in size, just remember the amount of orange juice given in the steps.
2. I eat it for babies, so I used rock sugar powder and the amount is relatively small. If you like the sweetness, you can put more sugar, or you can use white sugar instead.
