Add the ham slices to the cooking wine and steam for 15 minutes. Cut the steamed ham slices into thin strips.

The dried tofu is enough for water, this is the prepared three shreds

Tips:
Three shreds can be adjusted according to your own ingredients, either shredded chicken or shredded bamboo shoots; my broth has a bottom flavor, so I didn’t add salt, so I adjusted it myself
