Soak purple glutinous rice, lotus seeds, and red beans overnight

The red dates are pitted and cut into small pieces, and washed with raisins

Put the red dates and raisins in the soaked purple glutinous rice and mix well

Remove the top cover of the coconut and pour out a part of the coconut juice

Put the glutinous rice in the coconut

Put the lid on, put it in the steamer after the water is boiled, or put it directly into the pot, with more water

After the high heat is boiled, change to medium heat and steam for about 90 minutes.
Tips:
The glutinous rice should be soaked for more than 8 hours to reduce the steaming time. If you don’t have purple glutinous rice, you can use ordinary white glutinous rice.
