Turkey Noodle and Egg Roll

Divide the four eggs into two bowls and beat them with a little salt. Cut carrots and scallions.

Boil the noodles with hot water in the pot, cook the noodles until they are half cooked, remove them.

Add the seasoning for turkey noodles and mix well.

Put oil in the pot, heat 6 minutes into the first bowl of egg mixture, fry into cakes over low heat, add turkey noodles, diced carrots, and two cheese sticks.

Roll the egg pie from bottom to top and place it on the bottom of the pan.

Pour the second bowl of egg mixture and fill it up and down the egg roll.
7.
Sprinkle scallions on it to make a sweet and spicy egg roll.

The sliced cheese is full of shredded aroma, with the sweet and spicy taste of turkey noodles, super delicious!
Tips:
When making omelettes, always have a low fire. Diced carrots and green onions can be left alone, or diced ham. What kind of wraps do you want to eat?
