Twenty-eight Steamed Jujube Flowers

Fermented pumpkin dough.

Take an appropriate amount of white dough and knead it to exhaust air.

Roll out into a disc about one centimeter thick.

Use scissors to cut three strips of the same thickness.

Three long strips are squeezed into petals.

Knead it to the end, divide it into two or three parts, and cut each part into three long strips and make a braid. Do this to avoid that the remaining pieces are not enough to cut three long strips, cut two or one, which will affect the finished product.

Take the yellow dough, knead it into finger-thick and thin strips, and cut it.

Take a little yellow dough and knead it into four or five finger lengths, the middle finger is thick and thin.

PS: Make the shape dough and make it a little harder. Jujubes should be chosen as far as possible. Medium size, too big or small is not conducive to styling.
